My
Story

I help turn your mess into your message through storytelling, music, journalism, songwriting, and public speaking.

Get to know me....
Several years ago, I felt lost and disconnected — searching for purpose beyond the uniform and the titles I once held.

As an Army combat veteran turned creator, I found healing through storytelling, journalism, music, and media — spaces where voices can rise, connect, and inspire.

Writing became my lifeline. It was through words that I began to find peace and the courage to say, “I live with a mental illness.” I chose to no longer hide behind the stigma, but to stand in my truth — transparent, vulnerable, and unapologetically real.

Today, I use storytelling, journalism, authorship, songwriting, music production, and public speaking to create spaces where others can do the same — to use and elevate their voices through creativity and shared humanity.
My mission is to remind you that it’s okay to not be okay, and that your mess is your message. You are not alone — and together, we can learn to live through our struggles, not suffer because of them.
