Sick as a mother

I know I have been quite lately but it’s for good reason. Not only that, but this mom caught whatever the boy has 😷

On top of all of that I am mentally preparing for my 6th surgery. It’s been quite the emotional roller coaster. To say that I am so over this would be an understatement. All I can do is take the bull by it’s horns and say “let’s do this”.

As I was lying in bed resting before shuttling the boy to wrestling practice, this sweet girl snuggles up as close as she can get next to me. She is my saving grace. She’s always there even when I am coughing up a lung 🤧.

Dogs are most certainly a girls best friend.

I will be back soon. Just needed a mental break.
